I was devastated ..for particular, a-maths results ...even thought almost all my classmates had failed this test. This time round, it was set by MS WOO ( known to set to killer papers) ...The test was durable , in the sense no super hard questions ....Just need to think and twist a bit ..should be fine ..Ms tan gave me some comments saying the main thing i lack is self-confidence while doing the paper .My methods and concepts are correct but just lack of precision in my answer. The best class 's MSG was around 4 ...which means there is plenty room for improvement.i had learned something after this common test.."CARELESS " and " Insufficient time " will never be the excuses and reasons for one's failure , You will never succeed if you keep saying ..Aiaya careless , ..Aiya no time ... ! Not time , do faster next time (Proper time management )...Careless ..(practices more )be more careful next time ..
Physic ..i expected an A but due to strength of my concepts ..
My Biggest worry was CHEMISTRY and ENGLISH !
i fear to fail my chem again but luckily this time round ..i managed to get a B4 but i really hope that i can clinch a A1 in O levels ..As for English , it has been my weakest Subject since sec1 ..My poor foundation in my English Language had caused lots of remarks by my teachers ...Humanities ,Maths , Sciences and El teacher herself ..I will definitely try my best to improve my ENGLISH as it is my L1 but one fear always striken down in heart ..What if i did badly for English in "Os"i cant get into any jcs or i pass my engLish But badly causes my L1R5 to plunge cause me to get into a jc that is not my choice Or TYCO even get a good grade for English but failed to survive in JC GENERAL PAPER ???? These questions flooded my mind oftenly ......

I fear this fear that....
One can be super weak in Maths And sciences but lots of drilling can causes them back into track..
However, as for language ,(especially English) , how much drilling is useless..it is all about reading ,understanding and using it in everyday's lives .......i try to read as much as possible for now ...hoping to shape my foundation be more robust and firm ... Somtimes my standard of English is so low that my grades are poorer than those foreign students ..i ought to be ashamed of myself !!!
ENGLISH ~~~~~~~~ the language
i envious those who are strong in English , they can speak well and write well...
i think that writing Essays for English is my biggest weakness , the words dont seem to come out naturally form my mind . Sometimes even i speak too ..Ended up wasting a lot of time to think ...My use of words are generally too simple when i was nervous whenever i start writing essays in exams ..i may had perfect storyline but lousy language caused me to barely pass my essays .....grammar too...
i was often criticized by my English teachers.

But i can write very well in primary schools ..but after promoted to secondary school ..My English standard dropped drastically ..Dont know why...The envirnoment> > Too many friends speaking Chinese? Not sure...

Last Day of COMMON TEST 1
Yeap :D today is the last day of common test 1 , also the last common test in CCHY? FOrget about today's killer papers despite screwing the whole Ct1.
This entry is never meant to reflect how bad or good i have done for the CT1.
To start off things right ,i have a good news :D i have successfully completed the NTUC U RUn OMB challenge ....OMB Challenge sounds a bit werid though .(Basically..it is a race where you need to run 10KM and climb 30 STOREYS !) Although i used quite a while to complete the run but the Main point is i have completed it by jogging consecutively for 10km and CLIMBED (Actually walking) 30 stories !!I did fine for the run but as for the climb ,i kinda of ran out of breath .as the stariways was quite stuffy and small .. I am proud to announce my new achievement as i only tried to complete 8km training run before . This race is a test of not only physical fitness but also drilled on everyone's determination to complete the race.
I felt like giving up the race when i was climbing up the Stairs as it was tremendously exhausted. But managed to keep going until the finishing point.There was one uncle who was completing the race with me ,encouraged me to keep on going and we cross the finishing point together .(KIND OF FATHER AND SOn encouragement ) LAst but not least special thanks to the uncle too!!!!

After completing the race,me and my friends-senior(SHi nan , jia jun , jiafan ,Ben Peng , Kaywee,Jeffrey went to J8 to have our lunch.. I had my virgin PEPPER LUNCH at J8 foodcourt .. The food was appetizing and delicious also with reasonable prices. Worth trying again :DD A tring yet fun sunday morning ..went back have a nap and started my last min revision for Ct1 ..

Tommorw is a better day
Yup , yesterday had passed ..Waking up at 7am today ..Mugging Physic and went for a run with JIA JUN , YAN NING AND REBEKAh ..AS USAsL rebekah was late AGAIN ....tried running 6+1 rounds on the stadium consecutively ...Tired but fun .. TMR IS THE RECE DAY FOR U-RUn, i REGISTERED FOR THE OMB CHALLENGE(10km +30~40stroeys to climb ) OMG GOSH...I cant believe how brave was i when i chose that category ....LOLS in the end still have to run!! NO!!!! GONNA SLEEP EARLY TONIGHT ....(REUqIRED TO REAcH THERE BY 6.30am)...HECTIC DAY TMR WILL BE .... GONNA GO FOR TUITION LATER .

THE WORLD COLLAPSED UPON ME
YuP YEAR 2012 .....Time really flies ..i spent 1 hr editing the template of this blog skin and make a few slight amendments ... TODAY was a disastrous DAY ..THE first day of COMMON TEST 1 ..i Screwed up my e-maths by losing 9 marks ..THIS PAPER Was relatively easy !! I SHOULD FACE PALM MYSELF ... As For the combined humanities , i got a bad and strange feeling about it ....IT deters my instinct for once ...... Last but not least was the English remedial by ms teng which given us our SPEECH LETTER WRITING ASSIGNMENT BACK ..Although almost everyone failed but i failed very badly by scoring 11.5/30 only ...COMMENTS BY MS TENG : HONG DA, YOU ENGLISH IS VERY WEAK ,PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE ..." RUNINED MY DAY AND DeMoralised ME FURTHER .. MY ENGLISH IS indeed that WEAK , i have tried reading novels and newspaper but ...JUST SOMEHOW MY RESULTS DID NOT SHOW !!!! MOOD ;SUPER EMO !!!!
